At Mendi.io, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. If your fit isn't perfect, our streamlined process ensures you get the right style or a full refund without the hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailer to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
